It would also potentially cause problems, as it would be out of the proper order of EMS - enter, mark, spend. Marked yet unentered bills cause huge problems for Hank, the owner of the site, who will also be at this gathering. Plus, you know, he might want to be able to deposit them in the bank instead when he gets home, which the stamps would get in the way of.
