I'm sure they've got a script down and everything. I can't really do the whole "I'm already matched" shtick, as I figured I'd get my money's worth and shot out some emails. Actually, just checked their TOS, and a refund ain't happening. And no, I haven't had any success with it. Which isn't too surprising.
