As I've said before (I think), I'm going to propose two options (as they're really the only possibilities in this situation): 1. He can let me stay here, and I'll send him a check every week (as I get paid weekly now) until I'm caught up, ignoring other debts until then. 2. He can still kick me out, but I won't be paying him a thing any time soon, as I'll then have to save up cash for first month + security on a new place.
