Work’s Good
This new job is working out well. The whole place is very laid back, and thankfully I don’t have a lot of heavy lifting to do. Only problem is hardly being able to walk by the end of the shift.
My mom stopped by Wednesday and took me to the grocery store, so I can at least make it to payday… which I’m not so sure about, but hopefully I’ll figure something out.
Sorry, haven’t got much more than that. Still haven’t talked to my landlord yet, and I’m certainly running out of time. I just hope I don’t do anything stupid.

Do you have a plan to get on time with the landlord? If so, call or write them and let them know. It will be good for them and it will show them your integrity.
I agree, approaching the landlord with a real plan gives you a better chance of successfully overcoming this temporary problem. By the way, congratulations on the new job.
Dedicated, I plan on calling him tonight just as soon as my phone charges sufficiently. As I’ve said before (I think), I’m going to propose two options (as they’re really the only possibilities in this situation):
1. He can let me stay here, and I’ll send him a check every week (as I get paid weekly now) until I’m caught up, ignoring other debts until then.
2. He can still kick me out, but I won’t be paying him a thing any time soon, as I’ll then have to save up cash for first month + security on a new place.
Ya, it’s a tough spot to be in. Just make sure to keep up to date on things like credit cards and the like which will affect your credit score.
My credit really isn’t a concern to me at this time.
