My landlord swung by yesterday to check on the progress of remodeling downstairs, and I used the opportunity to finally talk to him about what’s going on. He offered me construction work, but it sounded like the type of thing that would kill me. So, I told him I’d get in touch with the temp [...] Last night, I got 3 text messages happily informing me that all 3 of my sisters are pregnant – two of them with due dates a day apart. Actually, the first one from my mom didn’t really inform me of anything… Right now i have 3 Of course, it makes sense now, [...] I got a check in the mail today for my whole 1.5 shifts of work. The booty? $75 (out of $159 in earnings). This is pretty significant, though, as it means I’ll now be able to pay my rent, and have about $28 left to my name.
