As a parent of many 21-14 years old, can I offer up some advice? Hope so, I don't keep my mouth shut too long.

Spend the next few days concentrating on your attributes. What do you have to offer this girl and the world. I think you are focusing too much on what is not so favorable.

Although, I would love all my children to be with college grad's, this isn't how the world works. We all want the best, but the heart sees things we don't.

One of my daughters is dating a worker, never a college student. He is my favorite out of all the kids other halves. He is a hard worker and will succeed even without college. He has goals and ambitions, that I expect him to achieve. And I'm pretty sure, our daughter will not want, if she is with him.

If you focus on your "good" so will they.
